Waverly Public Library

KBA was initially engaged in 2018 to develop a Strategic Plan for the Waverly Public Library in Waverly, Iowa. The plan was developed for 2019-2023 and included four areas of strategic focus; Inviting Spaces, Quality Programming, Community Valued Resources and Services and an Engaged and Aware Community.

A subsequent Facility Planning engagement was contracted in 2019 and completed in 2020 to work toward the goal of Inviting Spaces. Images shown here are the library as it is today. More photos will follow once the renovations are completed.
